SUMMARY OF THE ANSWERS FROM THE INTERVIEWEES


  1. The students that I interviewed are all 3rd year students and their age mostly ranges from 20-21 years old.

  2. In terms of their studies, some said that they’re doing great though they still coping up with the new normal. In terms of their plans and preparations for the upcoming face-to-face classes, one student said that she’s still having a hard time purchasing the right supplies for her chosen course for example a specific kit for one of her major subject. The other student, on the other hand, said that she needs to read again her manuals for her to have a review on it.

  3. The three students said that they want their supplies to be purchase directly from the store because in that matter, they can easily check and verify the quality of the product. Also most of these products is hard to find in online shops that’s why they prefer to buy it directly from the store.

  4. In terms of social media, they usually use Twitter, Facebook and Instagram

  5. In terms of the social media platforms they use to purchase a certain product, Facebook Marketplace and Shopee are their top choices. They usually get persuade to buy this certain product by video contents that focuses on testimonies and recommendation videos which they usually see on TikTok.

  6. In terms of assistance, they want to be accommodated and assisted by the staff or the person that handles the business itself. They said that it is more convenient because they can instantly get the replies or answers on all of their inquiries.

  7. They said that they’re paying for the product, specifically the quality of the product, and the services that we, the seller, provides. In terms of their willingness to pay other fees, like rush order fee and handling fee, some said that they are not willing to pay extra fees for that kind of services and some said that they’re willing to pay only if it is really necessary.

  8. They said that Cash on Delivery is the most convenient payment method.

  9. In terms of good management, they said that a business has a good management if the business itself is systematic, organize and accommodating. In terms of doing great, they said that a business is doing great if the business itself receives good feedbacks, reviews, and ratings from their respected customers.


SUMMARY OF THE ANSWERS FROM THE INTERVIEWEES


From this activity, I learned the importance of customers. I realized to be able for us to establish a well-organized and progressive business, we need to consult or know first our customer’s desire. In this way, we can easily perceive what kind of business we are going to establish. Also, interviewing our beloved customers will also show how we gave importance to their existence. Always remember that the longevity of our business depends on how our customers dedication to purchase our product that’s why we should offer some of our time talking to them, interviewing them and getting their feedbacks because their suggestions and opinions will make us grow not only for us as individuals but mainly for our business itself.
